ORCHARD TOUR We offer informational tours for the young and old. Enjoy a tour of the apple orchard. Learn all the "how's", "when's" and "why's" of apple farming. Tours are offered during the months of September through November, Monday through Thursday, beginning at 10 am. Tours are 30 – 45 minutes. Tour charge is one dollar per person ($20.00 minimum) by reservation. Bus and ample car parking is available.   Our farm tour includes:   • Orchard tour includes educational information suited to the interest and age of the group. Learn how an apple grows through the year, the cultural practices of an apple orchard, water conservation measures used, tools of the ranch and how apples are harvested and processed   • Your group will have an opportunity to learn about the steps that go into creating the great variety of specialty baked goods made by hand.   • Stroll along the Nature Trail and read the signs describing the plants and their uses.   • Participants will receive a treat from the bakery, a glass of apple juice, plus ranch and Apple Hill literature.
