PAT WITH SOUR CREAM APPLE PIES Grandpa's Cellar features the most extensive array of fresh apple pastries in Apple Hill. During the harvest season 17 varieties of apple pies are hand-crafted by Elena Ramos and some of her family and friends. All our pies and bakery items are described in the Bakery Product List.. The pies are available baked, unbaked and frozen, fresh rolled or baked and frozen. We sell more pies frozen than hot out of the oven. Frozen pies have a shelf life of up to a year. Our customers plan their pie needs for the year and stock up at the end of the season.   No sugar added items are also available with no artificial sweeteners, just naturally sweet Golden Delicious apples and apple juice.   Bill Scheuner, owner, enjoys testing new recipes and says, "There is always something new at Grandpa's Cellar."
